If a payout fails, you need to get in touch with your Payment Provider support to resolve the issue.

You can request a new payment provider. Go to Settings → Payment Methods and click the Add Payment Method button. Then, select the Request new payment provider option and fill in the form. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
