Managing Your Profile
After logging in, click the profile button located at the bottom left corner of the interface, then select Settings.
In this section, you can:
- Edit your name and personal details.
- Manage how providers can contact you.
- Configure your notification preferences.
- Delete your profile if you wish.
Use these settings to keep your account information up to date and control your communications effectively.
Navigating to Profile Settings
- Log in to your account.
- Locate and click the profile icon at the bottom left corner.
- Choose Settings from the menu.
Editing Your Profile Details
- Update your name or other personal information.
- Adjust preferences for provider contacts.
- Set notification options to your liking.
Deleting Your Profile
If you want to permanently remove your profile:
- Go to the Settings page as described above.
- Find the option to delete your profile and follow the prompts.
Deleting your profile is irreversible. Make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.
